Are you experienced in exporting commodities and seeking a new challenge?

Looking for a dynamic individual with overseas business development experience and/or international education background. Conduct market research, develop business plans, execute sales strategies, and nurture client relationships. Must excel in negotiation, collaboration, and sales analysis. Roles:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and leads.
  • Develop a business plan to open and/or grow the company's market share throughout the assigned region.
  • Prepare an effective sales action plan to meet sales targets.
  • Negotiate agreements and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively Initiate new export customer relationships to penetrate new markets and develop customer networks.
  • Nurture and maintain existing and newly graded customer relationships through regular contact and advocacy.
  • Deal with all customer inquiries and quotation requests professionally and promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and sales models to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, making adjustments as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mining, Metallurgy, or Marketing specializing in International Marketing; or an MBA graduate. 
  • Experience in metal and mineral commodities export is a major plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good knowledge of intercultural communication.
  • Being very precise, well-organized, self-motivated, loyal, and talented.
  • Proficient in computer skills and web search.
  • Fluent in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and business development, preferably in the industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of products and services, market trends, and pricing strategies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
