Job Description

Job description: ● Prepare, record, analyze and report accounting transactions. ● Ensure the integrity of accounting records for completeness. ● Accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles. ● Carry out warehouse circulation affairs. ● Control the warehouse accounting documents. ● Find discrepancies in the warehouse and the parties to the accounts. ● Prepare required accounting reports and submit it to manager.

Requirements

Requirements: ● At least 5 years of experience in warehouse accounting. ● Have at least Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting. ● Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required. ● Complete mastery of classification and list of goods, warehouse card and warehousing. ● Full familiarity with the methods of valuing goods, inventory control and safe goods ● Complete mastery of accounting of transfer documents between warehouse, supervision, discrepancies and waste of goods. ● Excellent computer and Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Internet.
