UI Designer

Job Description

At RPGS (Phoenix) we are looking for a UI Designer with at least 3 years of related work experience to join our growing marketing team. UI Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools, be creative and have a good eye for design. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you. Responsibilities: • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers • Work closely with the development team to develop your prototypes into production code • Illustrate design ideas using sketches, wireframes, process flows and sitemaps • Design graphic user interface elements and create original graphic designs • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function look like • Prepare and present drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback • Perform data driven researches (user testings, A/B testings etc.)
