Job Description

• Designing UI and visual of the web and mobile applications • Working with the UX design team • Optimizing existing user interface designs • Understanding the trend of the internet, design the outstanding work, according to the good understanding of own products, the whole industry and competitors. • Understanding the demand of the products and promotion and fast transfer to visual, also give unique design ideas into the promotion. • Creating pixel perfect assets for all projects • participating in a lean product development process actively (influenced by Lean Startup, Lean UX, etc), including bringing the design perspective to engineering activities • Pushing UI standards forward while keeping up on current trends and customer feedback • Creating prototypes to show and demonstrate interactions

Requirements

Education: • Degree in Graphic Designing • B.Sc. in Commerce (Marketing / Communication), IT or related is an advantage Knowledge: • Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability and drawing skills. • Strong working knowledge of prototyping and related design tools. • Up-to-date with the latest UX and UI trends, techniques, and technologies. • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is an advantage • Over 3 years working experience in Design Company, advertising company or related company, have working experience with famous brands • Capable to use software like Photoshop, CorelDraw, AI etc. • have a good sense of the picture design and visual effects. • Have good ability to coordinate and expression, solve urgent problems independently. • Good sense of services, patient, responsibility, and positive Experience: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX designing • Experience working in a medium organization Skills: • Ability to benchmark well and analyze the current applications • Fluency in English • Excellent communication skills in delivering concepts • Detail oriented • Experience of working in an agile/scrum development process. • Working knowledge of Adobe Xd, Adobe Edge, Sketch, Principle, Flinto, Origami or any other related prototyping soft wares
