Translator & Executive Assistant will support Human Resources department and Top management by doing the following:
• Translate all documents and company correspondences.
• Simultaneous translation in managers' meetings or internal training courses.
• Maintain records and filing system of all translated documents (English or Farsi).
• Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents.
• Record, type and distribute minutes of the meetings.
• Perform general office duties and maintaining records of Top managements.
• Support HR department for different kind of projects.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferably with a large multinational environment.
• English and Farsi Fluency (Written and Oral).
• Advanced Word & Excel knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong administrative correspondence skills.
