Job Description

Parspack is one of the knowledge-based and leading companies in providing cloud computing services, cloud hosting and data center services, and in order to complete its sales team for the evening shift, it invites young, talented and expert workers to cooperate in the field of hosting sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Sales engineering and providing advice and guidance to customers to choose the right product and service.
● Providing clear and detailed explanations to customers about the performance and benefits of the product or service offered.
● Negotiate and provide sufficient explanations about the price and how to order and pay.
● Answering and following up on all customer requests in the field of selling Parspack products.
● Identifying valuable customers and following up on purchasing and delivering the product on time.
● Providing daily activity and sales reports of the sales team.
● Reviewing and analyzing the report of daily and monthly activities of the sales team.
● Working days and hours: Saturday to Wednesday - from 15:00 to 24:00

Requirements

● Skills in utilizing the CRM system.
● Familiar with the concepts of web hosting and Linux and Windows servers.
● Familiarity with WHMCS.
● Sufficient familiarity with web hosting control panels.
● Adequate familiarity with WordPress.
● Familiarity with Internet marketing and advertising. Interested in marketing and sales.
● Excellent communication and expression skills.
● A patient and flexible person.
● Customer-oriented view.
● High team spirit (participatory spirit).
● Sales experience in the field of hosting is an advantage.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering.
