Job Description

-Monitoring and controlling the performance of machinery in order to identify, prevent and reduce the causes of sudden breakdowns. -Leading PM and technical team members -Communicate effectively with other units in order to plan appropriate maintenance and repair machinery, prevention and reduction of stoppages. -Supervising and controlling over planned periodic visits to reduce the technical stopping of machinery and optimum use of machinery. -Monitoring the completion of maintenance records and repairing machinery in order to gather statistics and reports related to the process of data analysis, planning of stopping stops, increasing machine life and optimal use of spare parts. -Supporting and training sub-staff in the maintenance and repair process. -Preparing the maintenance guidelines and procedures and controlling processes in order to improve the effectiveness of systematic performance process. -Receiving performance reports of suppliers for different parts of the maintenance and repair process, reviewing and presenting appropriate comments to the plant manager.

Requirements

-Minimum bachelor degree in electrical or mechanical engineering -At least 5 years’ experience in Technical management -Have a good experience of maintenance and repair of all mechanical and electric equipment -Have a good knowledge of oil refinery industry -Sufficient knowledge of MS Office, PM & CM systems -Excellent command in management principles -Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise -Fluent in English -Ideal gender: Male
