- Providing the first line of management support to the team; assisting in resolving issues and finding the answers to questions
- To promote specified products and their benefits to KOL doctors through personal visit
- Proactively monitoring team workload, sales and customer service and reporting KPIs to management
- To set regular double visits with her / his sales team
- To ensure the achievement of medical representatives sales targets of assigned products
- To maintain effective relationship with KOL doctors
- Playing a role in the recruitment, induction and training of new starters
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in medical or biological sciences
- Smart, dynamic, self-motivated
- Three years sales management experience preferred; one year minimum
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving skills
- Ability to have trips in regular times all over the country
- Good command of computer skills
