- Confer with supply chain planners to forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of materials or products (demand planning)
- Managing resources and time, and progressing the work of several projects simultaneously between several contractors
- Managing allocation of different parts of projects simultaneously to multiple suppliers
- Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities and the supplier’s reputation and history.
- Prepare purchase orders, review requisitions for goods and arrange payment to suppliers.
- Monitor the quality of the finished product delivered from contractors
- Make arrangement with sellers/suppliers and resolve any possible issue.
- Identify and manage risk within the supply chain
Requirements
- B.A or M.A degree in Industrial engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain management
- Good understanding of Production without a factory (contractor Manufacturing)
- Problem-solving and analytical ability, time management
- Self-motivated, well organized and Strong attention to details
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral is needed
- Strong analytical, conceptual and creative problem solving skills
- Computer Knowledge: project control software, expert at excel
