- To manage SharePoint project activities
- To provide operational assistance to the clients
- To check and validate requests for completeness
- Troubleshooting issues
- To have an active interface with the clients in order to provide assistance on operational requests
- To ensure issues are resolved within the defined SLA
- To provide software manual booklet
- Train users as required
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience as a developer and/or administration of SharePoint
Strong knowledge on the following items:
- SharePoint (2007 & 2013)
- MS SQL Server
- SharePoint Designer
- Nintex workflow
- Reporting & Pivots
- Web Design
- Java Script & JQuery
- HTML & CSS
- HTML5 & CSS3
- Rest API
- Ajax or Angular
- .Net Programming
