-Developing sales objectives, strategies, Implement Marketing activities, and promotions
-Monitoring Competition and keep the management informed on the distribution and competition strategies
-Making recommendations to management regarding opportunities to maximize sales
-Visiting key markets to evaluate operations and provides supervision and leadership to sales managers
-Managing and driving a team of Managers and Supervisors to achieve sales objectives
-Ensuring market execution guidelines and standards are strictly followed
-Finding and developing new business opportunities thru New Outlet Creation
-Managing the Sales & Distribution network consisting of 3rd Party Distributors
-Supporting and training existing subordinates
-Developing effective and sustainable customer relationships
-Sales database maintenance
-Regularly visiting market to ensure availability of all Company Brands
-Leading and motivating team to achieve stretched targets
-Handle the receivables from Distributors and other credit retailers as per the company policy
Requirements
-Degree in Commerce, Sales or Management/ Post graduation in management is desirable but not essential
-At least 15 years in a similar field and industry of which at least 3 should be as Area Manager handling more than one city or province
-Advanced in Microsoft Office
-Strong market knowledge in terms of customers, processes, systems
Ideal Age Range: Minimum 32
