Job Description

To prepare, analyses, review and report Digikala financial, non-financial Budget and operational performance to leadership and Internal managers and contribute towards the development of accounting practices to ensure Digikala complies with the highest financial management principles and accuracy of financial records. • Rapid growth and expansion of Digikala operations. • Highly dynamic global eCommerce field. • An evolving macro-economic environment. • Shifting phase of evolution in organization life cycle. • Company Mission, policies and procedures. • Digikala’s business plan. • Company objectives for level and quality of service. • Availability of tools and resources. • Locally available skills and manpower. • Iranian accounting standards. • To assist to review divisional motivations related to revenue and cost of sales and ensure their alignment and accuracy with business plan budget. • To analyze new revenue and cost of sales lines with cooperation of other FP&A teams. • To gather a detailed listing of all drivers and assumptions for business plans. • To assist to prepare Monthly/quarterly / IPO reports. • To assist the management in preparing requested analysis on business plan scenarios and Adhoc reports. • Assist to direct the coaching of all budget coordinators per division on the budget presentation tools ensuring all division. budget coordinators conform to the standard budgetary working policies, processes and procedures. • Monitoring approved budget allocations, revenue, and expenditure and manage preparing periodic reports and recommendations for budget adjustments as required. • To support team members in any Financial request related to Revenue, cost of sales and Opex , Capex, Cash flow.

Requirements

• At least 5 years working experience in finance environment with at least 2 years in mainstream financial reporting. • Experience in working with enterprise financial systems. • Experience in Financial Analysis. • Experience in E-commerce industry is desirable. • Practical knowledge of accounting standards and practices. • Strong systems audit knowledge. • Familiar with Financial Analysis/Budgeting/Forecasting Knowledge. • Trend analysis and interpretation. • Good report writing skills. • Good problem solving and analytical abilities. • Team working abilities. • Ability to function under pressure. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to multi task. • Extremely detail oriented. • Strong sense of ownership.
