-Facilitate collaboration in the workplace
-Assisting in company financial projects in other locations if needed
-Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
-Record tangible/intangible assets in legal books and keep their depreciation and amortization up to date monthly
-Prepare reconciliation with major customers and supplier
-Document daily financial transactions
-Verify documentation and invoices for claims
-Handle monthly salary calculation and payments
-Preparing daily, monthly and seasonal reports
-Regularly liaise with external departments such as auditors and tax agents
-Submit monthly VAT reports to legal bodies
Requirements
-B.S. in Accounting
-Having at most 6 years of experience
-Superior to MS-Office: esp. Excel and Word
-Good knowledge of accounting software
-Ability to work under pressure
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
-Being accurate
-Ability to work in a team based environment
