- Responsible for daily financial operations and routine accounting activities
- Record financial information and provide reports
- Modification of accounting documents in closing
- Pricing of warehouse receipt and control of purchase and supplier accounts including fixed assets, material & other purchases.
- Stock controlling
- All affairs of treasury including checking the bank accounts, issue the cheques, treasury accounting etc.
- Processes payroll, including compiling and inputting data from all employee time sheets, preparing payroll tax.
- Reconcile accounts with customers and suppliers
- Secures financial information by completing data base backups
- Familiar with Industrial Accounting. Ability for Calculating product price base on daily exchange rate and Raw material prices
Requirements
- B.A or M.A. in Financial Management / Accounting or related
- At least 5 years’ experience in accounting
- Good command of MS Office (Excel)
- Ability to function under pressure
- Ability to multi task
- Being accurate
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, principals and systems
- Good knowledge of "Tax Laws”, "Value Added tax”, “Seasonal Affairs" and, tax return.
- Strong knowledge of labor, S.S.O., and Salary Tax laws
- Familiar with Sepidar software is an advantage.
- Working in Medical Equipment firms is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Special Zone Rules is an advantage.
