- Final Controlling of Accounting Documents Referred to the Office of Management
- Precise control of all accounting documents before payment of funds
- Applying principles of accounting to maintain accounting systems and financial information
- Review of invoices, identify and resolve discrepancies
- Answering telephone and fax
- Organizing and attending meeting
- Communicate with customers, suppliers and other employees
- Maintenance and sorting paperwork, documents and computer information
Requirements
- Bachelor or master degree in accounting
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position
- Ability to working with ERP applications and software ( working with SAP is an advantage)
- Understanding of financial standards and accounting principles
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and specially Excell.
– Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work extra time when necessary
