● Preparing SK (Local) & Performa (L & P).
● Coordinating all Sales issues like ordering machines by customer.
● Release of orders for manufacturing and give to finance and engineering to start the job.
● Contacting customer for finance issues, informing delivery date of machines and other relevant issues
● Checking and synchronizing Sales/finance issues with all department in BTEH.
● Preparing contracts.
● Preparing amendment and relevant SK calculation.
● Updating sales contract list.
● Negotiating with BTEH-ML for local projects and for import one with BUZ.
● Controlling and updating the recent status of project especially in JDI
● Controlling dispatch list and accordingly prepare forwarding information or call customer for remaining amount to paid then I can be able to release machines for dispatch-coordinating dispatch process is with BTEH-ML.
● Controlling packing list from BTEH-ML and prepare relevant invoice monthly.
● Controlling local machines status list.
● Updating forecast information monthly.
● Updating SOM list weekly.
● Checking customer payment due list with the head of finance monthly.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Management/ Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering/ MBA.
● 3 years’ experience in similar business and positions or procurement/Buyer positions.
● Good knowledge on contracts provisions and preparation.
● Good knowledge on payment methods such LC (different types: at-sight, usance, refinance) documentary bill, cash & T/T.
● Familiar with Customs clearance rules, tariff numbers, HS codes, shipment methods & rules, incoterms.
● Comprehensive computer skills (Office Tools).
● Ideal age range: 25 - 35.
