-Immediate responsible for reaching the company sales target on the respective territory
-Design and develop weekly and monthly plan for his team in line with company targets
-Lead team's development and training in a positive spirit driving at fair evaluation of individual performances
-Having strong relation with active customer in order to increase sales rate and develop their market
-Having sales report daily and in his/her sectors in order to control, increase sales rate, compensation for sales deficit
Requirements
-5 years of experience in sales and distribution field
-Negotiation and conflict management skills
-Ability to motivate and lead a team
-Acceptable computer skills and user of MS Office (Especially Excel and PowerPoint)
-Gender Preference: Male
-Ideal Age Range: 28 - 38
