Identifying the customer's current and future requirements
Delivering presentations and demos to doctors and medical centers
Establishes sales goals based on past performance and market forecasts
Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior managers
Adjusts marketing and sales campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
Train all new members of sales team including; Sales and Medical Representatives
Monitoring and keeping all the contracts with suppliers, and doing all the related follow ups until the contract is signed and payment is made
Requirements
Solid problem solving and time management skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in field of sales
Capable of delivering quick solutions to the daily troubles and overcome obstacles
Experience in coaching, developing and training Medical Representatives
