- Leading and supervising the sales team to ensure sales target are achieved
- Monitoring sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
- Resolving complaints regarding sales and service
- Following sales and service activation issues with other departments
- Ensuring sales team members are performing at the highest level of motivation
- Reporting to manager sales
Requirements
- At least Bachelor degree preferably related to sales, marketing and management
- At least 4 years of experience in related field
- Fluent in MS Office
- Familiar with the CRM software
- Problem solving
- Good Communication & Negotiation skills
