-Lead and supervise the sales team to ensure sales target are achieved
-Monitoring sales activities via double visit
-Monitoring sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
-Following up sales volume based on orders and historical information
-Resolve complaints regarding sales and service
-Having markets information, activity of the competitors and market trends and demands for products
-Making creative cooperation with other supervisors in financial and distribution department
Requirements
-Bachelor degree preferably related to sales, marketing and management
-At least 5 years of experience in FMCG industry
-Proficient in MS Office
