-Lead and supervise the sales team to ensure sales target are achieved -Monitoring sales activities via double visit -Monitoring sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods -Following up sales volume based on orders and historical information -Resolve complaints regarding sales and service -Having markets information, activity of the competitors and market trends and demands for products -Making creative cooperation with other supervisors in financial and distribution department


-Bachelor degree preferably related to sales, marketing and management -At least 5 years of experience in FMCG industry -Proficient in MS Office -Other Skills: -Sales skills -Negotiation -Analytical thinking -Presentation skills -Problem solving -Team work -Leadership -Responsibility -Good Communication & Negotiation skills -Having English Proficiency is an advantage -Ideal Age Range: 26 - 38 years old
