Job Description
-Monitoring sub distribution sales activities and implementing company policies in covered city -Developing sales by volume, value and coverage in covered city Monitor sales activities in the area to ensure customer receive satisfactory service -Train sales team (training on products and sales techniques) -Identify representative's strengths and improve their weaknesses in order to increasing sales in region -Monitor financial affairs and constant pursuit to receive representative cheques and receivable documents -Monthly regular missions to insure of presence of company products over the region during regular market visits on sub distributions.
Requirements
-BA / MBA university degree -At least 5 years’ experience -Negotiation Skills -People Management -Problem Solving -Good Communication Skills -Good Command of Computer software Skills
