Job Description
- Managing the sales through direct selling (via local sales experts) - Plan, Control & achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets of Sales team - Developing sales prediction and achieve the sales target - Lead, coach, give regular feedback and recognize their efforts of team and results - Support with building key customer relationship for sustainable business growth - Ensure territory coverage, reporting and feedback and fulfilling the requirements as instructed by the company - Prepare the regular reports, including activity and monthly reports to sales Manager Reporting to: Sales Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in related fields - Minimum of 3 years’ experience as District Manager/Supervisor - Ideal Age Range: 28-40 - Must be able to travel inside Iran - Able to work in a team environment, handle multiple tasks - Familiar with healthcare market - Flexibility and adaptability
