- Generate sales of the company and maximize volume and revenue in assigned channel by implementation of effective negotiation and selling methods,
- Identify market potential in order to establish new accounts for B2B/HORECA channel and expand business in this sector,
- Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate contracts with customers to provide on-time and in-full service that meet standards and timelines,
- Establish and maintain current customer and potential customer relationships and resolve complaints regarding sales issues and services,
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential customers,
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made,
- Prepare and check all daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and submit to the sales manager,
- Ensure the full implementation of sales policies by planning regular market visits,
- Manage accounts promoters within the stores include their month end incentives and assign sales targets with their strong engagement.
Requirements
- BSc/ MSc in Management or related fields,
- At least 5 years Sales and Marketing experience (At least 3 year in B2B and/or HORECA sector),
- Ability to deal at all levels with internal and external stakeholders,
- Significant track record in developing markets and achieving business results,
- Strong negotiation and communication skills,
- Great people management skills,
- Ideal Age Range: 25- 35.
