Job Description

  • Manage customer support calls (employers and job seekers).
  • Answer questions and provide information.
  • Allocate leads generated from phone calls or forms.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports of the sales manager's activities.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Receive assigned tasks from the sales manager and follow up until receiving the final results.
  • Register documents and meeting minutes to inform the sales team and provide them with details.
  • Prepare and send packages (courier) and ensure they are received according to internal procedures.
  • Register and manage required data in CRM.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of related software - Microsoft CRM and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures.
  • Knowledge of business principles.
  • Familiar with English.
  • Familiar with administrative correspondence.
