Job Description
- Manage customer support calls (employers and job seekers).
- Answer questions and provide information.
- Allocate leads generated from phone calls or forms.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports of the sales manager's activities.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Receive assigned tasks from the sales manager and follow up until receiving the final results.
- Register documents and meeting minutes to inform the sales team and provide them with details.
- Prepare and send packages (courier) and ensure they are received according to internal procedures.
- Register and manage required data in CRM.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of related software - Microsoft CRM and MS Office.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures.
- Knowledge of business principles.
- Familiar with English.
- Familiar with administrative correspondence.
