Job Description

● Product introduction to the market. ● Identify and attract customers. ● Negotiate with the customer and turn the potential customer into an actual customer. ● Continuous communication with distribution and sales centers or product sales agents. ● Telephone negotiation with customers and their guidance. ● Face-to-face negotiation with customers to introduce products and services. ● Submit reports of visits and meetings held with customers to the sales manager on a regular basis. ● Receive customer feedback, register and handle them. ● Follow up to deliver products and services to customers according to the agreed schedule. ● Collaborate with other sales experts to achieve the expected results. ● Cooperation and coordination with the company's financial unit to collect customers' claims. ● Cooperation and coordination with transportation suppliers to send customers' products. ● Attending exhibitions related to products and services and identifying customers and preparing reports to management.

Requirements

● Familiar with sales, marketing and customer relationship over the phone. ● Fluent in office affairs and office programs. ● Mastery of sales techniques. ● Ability to manage time and schedule. ● Be proficient in the principles and techniques of negotiation and effective communication.
