- Lead and coordinate activities involving sales of products.
- Targeting and ability to design different sales plans to sell toward achieving targets.
- Follow up the daily work of the sales team and assist them in their daily job to reach their sales target.
- Performing sales performance reviews.
- Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales targets and KPI targets are met.
Requirements
- At least a BA/MS degree in a related field, preferably business / management.
- At least 6 years of experience.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Results-oriented, high energy, self-motivated.
- Strong interpersonal skills, confident, persuasive.
- Creative problem solving and expert level analytical skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft office and sales software.
