- Managing, coordinating and leading the B2C sales department
- Analyzing the competitive environment and market situation and defining the right direction of the company
- Designing, executing and monitoring appropriate Sales Strategy in Telecom Industry
- Writing Sales plan and setting goals and metrics for different sales units
- Analyzing and regulating pricing policies for different products sections
- Improving sales levels by using effective sales methods, creating sales channels and designing popular service packages
- Preparing quarterly analytical reports based on sales records for managing director
- Coaching team leaders and training team members to become proficient
- Collaborating with marketing dept. to improve advertisement’s effectiveness and finding best marketing solutions
- Collaborating with other units in order to achieve sales predicted targets and reaching good performance
Requirements
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies and plans
- Minimum 5 year experience in managing and directing a sales team.
- Good knowledge of sales principles and methods, business development and marketing principles
- Excellent communication, management, motivation and leadership skills
- Experience of a sales call center management
- At least 4 years experience in Telecom Industry
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred but not required)
- Advanced English language skills
- Good at problem solving, analytical thinking and creativity
- Ideal Age Range: 33 - 42
