Requirements
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies and plans
- Minimum 5 year experience in managing and directing a sales team.
- Good knowledge of sales principles and methods, business development and marketing principles
- Excellent communication, management, motivation and leadership skills
- Experience of a sales call center management
- At least 4 years experience in Telecom Industry
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred but not required)
- Advanced English language skills
- Good at problem solving, analytical thinking and creativity
- Ideal Age Range: 33 - 42
