- Objective of the role: Increase the speed and quality of sales process retaining the customer, keeping the business on technology edge .
- List of responsibilities:
- Meet customers on daily basis, support the customer on the issue they face, review the orders and issue requested invoices
- Resolve and respond to customer issues and inquires .
- Reporting to: Managing Director , Sales Supervisor , HR Manager .
- Subordinates: 6 Sales representatives .
- Length of Probation Period: 1 Month.
- Working hours: Saturday to Thursday 8am - 5pm .
- Travel requirements: Sometimes.
- Commission / Bonus / Benefits: 1% sales commission .
Requirements
- University Qualifications: BSC in food industry engineering, Master of Business Administration .
- Other certifications obtained: CIMA , SPSS, SQL SERVER , .
- Nature and length of previous experience: 3 Years Experience as project manager in a construction company.
- Specialist knowledge: Financial Analyses .
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Teamwork , Adaptability , Leadership Skills, Communication Skills.
