- Create synergy among the team through team work motivational plans.
- Targeting and ability to design different sales plans to sell toward achieving targets.
-Visiting the market routinely to gather data and supervising productivity of sales team. Also deciding the best strategy based on data have been gathered from the market.
- Follow up the daily work of the sales team and assist them in their daily job to reach their sales target - Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
