- Preparing sales action plans and strategies
- Building a sales team, Managing, training, coaching and leading the team
- Monitoring sales process and team performance, reviewing and fixing deficiencies.
- Introducing the company's products in outside of Iran and increasing the exports sales volume
- Controlling the distribution, sales and other related costs to maximize the profit
- Determining marketing 4P according to the result of market research
- Measuring Customer satisfaction and designing systems for its increase
- Monitoring market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
- Market analyzing by scientific methods
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in sales management in the field of manufacturing.
- At least a bachelor's degree in related fields.
- Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively.
- Ability to lead the sales team
- Fluent in the principles and techniques of negotiation
- Familiarity with sales techniques and distribution channel design.
- Fluent in English language
