We are looking for Sales Manager:
- Setting direction for the implementation of sales business plans.
- Exploring & Studding the competitor’s movements in the target market.
- Ensuring promotions plan are set and followed throughout the year.
- Providing input for the development of incentive plans for sales team.
- Controlling the amount of returns products and trying to reduce this amount.
- Providing high level direct sales support to teams involved in promoting sales, retail channels in Order to create win-win business situations.
- Managing, having supervising on daily & monthly activities and reporting from company’s distributors.
- Collecting customer feedback, market research and competitive analyses.
- Establishing close working relationships with the company distributors.
- Ensuring quality of services and coverage by the sales force to distributors and customers.
- Based in Tehran
Requirements
- At least 5 years sales experience food industry
- At least 5 years in same position
- Knowledge in sales analysis
- Knowledge in distribution
- Other Requirement: -Systems thinking
- Time Management
- Problem-solving and good analytical skills
- Good organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Business awareness and understanding of business requirements
