-Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers
-Defining annual sales goals
-Participating in planning procedure of reaching annual sales goals
-Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
-Analyzing the periodic reports to find out about any deviation and deflection from the sales plan
-Analyzing the reasons of any deviation or deflection from the plan and establishing related catch-up plan
-Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level
-Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales
-Attending and solution providing in internal sales development meetings
-Attending in direct meetings with customers
-Resolve complaints regarding sales and service
-Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs
-Determine price schedules and discount rates
-Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
-Determine call plan
Requirements
-At least 3 years of experience in the field of sales and marketing management supervision, preferably in automotive industry
-Bachelor or Master in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MBA or similar fields
-Familiar and worked in automotive industry
-Sales and marketing planning and execution knowledge
-High Responsibility for sales targets
-Negotiation skills
-The ability to lead and motivate a team
-Strategic planning skills
-Time management & problem solving
-Market analysis and Market Research skills
-Marketing plan experience
-Familiar with social media marketing
-Experience in Event planning
