• Design and operate sales tactics. Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets,
• Expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
• Develop strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Compile lists describing product or service offerings
• Determine schedules and discount rates
• Analyze of sales reports.
• Monitor contact lists management.
• Monitor marketing activities
• Manage business review meetings.
• Work with advertising or promotion focal points.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Oversee regional and local sales managers and their staffs.
• Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
• Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
• Providing regular weekly, monthly and quarterly report to CEO.
Requirements
• Having at least 3 years related experienced in sales
• Good computer skills such as Excel, PowerPoint & Word
• Ability to manage teams and work as a member of team Social communication skills
• Ability to Negotiation effectively
• Must have strong sales and presentation skills with ability to communicate professionally with customers.
• Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
• Able to travel once a month
