- Develop strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction
- Compile lists describing product or service offerings
- Determine schedules and discount rates
- Analyze of sales reports
- Monitor contact lists management
- Monitor marketing activities
- Manage business review meetings
- Work with advertising or promotion focal points
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
- Oversee regional and local sales managers and their staffs

- Providing regular weekly, monthly and quarterly report to management
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years in the field of Pharma (experience in multinational companies is a plus)
- Ability to time management and planning
- Flexibility and adaptability in a variety of situations, with a teamwork spirit and responsibility
- Ability to provide statistical and analytical reports, familiarity with pharmaceutical processes and market space
- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent Fluency in English in all skills
- Good MS Office proficiency (especially Excel and Word)
