Objective of the role: Plan, organize and manage all sales activities.
List of responsibilities: Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products
Managing customer relationship, visit customer & solving their issues
Attending relevant trade exhibitions
Manage the sale team including day to day management, set up weekly sales meeting, motivation the team to get to their goals
Analyze sales statistics
Improving sales and participating in sales negotiation sessions
Reporting to: CEO.
Working hours: Full Time.
Requirements
University Qualifications: Master in management and related fields.
Nature and length of previous experience: 5 years related experiences.
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Ability to motivate and lead the team
