-Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
-Market research and analyzing competitors and market information
-Manage the sale team including day to day management, set up weekly sales meeting, motivation the team to get to their goals
-Prepare and advise new strategies and ideas to generate revenue for both exciting and also new clients
Requirements
