- At least 3 years experience in related freight forwarding covering Sales and Marketing Air Freight and Sea Freight
-Objective of the role: Increasing Sales, Increasing the scope of customers and maintaining them through outstanding service, Problem solving skill on operational process, Familiar with procedures / requirements in Iran Shipping modules and product knowledge
- List of responsibilities: Searching for new potential customers, Effective communication to attract customers, manage and coordinate sales department,
- Reporting to: Managers.
- Subordinates: Sales Employees.
- Length of Probation Period: 3 Months.
- Working hours: Sat to Wed 08:00-16:00, Thu 09:00-13:00.
Requirements
- University Qualifications: At least bachelor degree.
- Nature and length of previous experience: At least 4 year experience as a sales manager in Logistics and shipping organization
- Experiences in Logistics and shipments would be preferred.
- Familiar with INCOTERMS & Transportation
- Specialist knowledge: Fluent in English both written and spoken including the ability to communicate with confidence, Basic knowledge of Computer and Office.
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Leadership ability, Good negotiation skill, Ability to work as team member, excellent communication skills, creativity and analytical skills
- High team work abilities
- Have commercial sense and ability or potential to develop new markets
- Strong leadership
- Possess good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Product knowledge in Line and Logistics
- Knowledge of all segments such as full container, LCL etc.
