-Plan, organize, lead and control all sales activities
-Develop market share
-Lead and develop a highly motivated and well performing sales team
-Manage daily sales operations
-Develop an accurate seasonal sales forecast
-Meet quarterly and annual business target
-Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
-Compile and analyze sales figures
-Provide timely feedback to CEO regarding performance
-Attend exhibitions and host technical seminars and events
-Reporting to: General Manager
-Working hours: Saturday-Wednesday 8:30-17:15
-Desired start date: as soon as possible
Requirements
-Experience in Industrial Networking or Industrial Automation
-At least BS degree in Telecom, Electronics, Electrical or other relevant fields
-Minimum 5 years experience in the same position
-Having leadership qualities and being a team player
-Strategic thinking ability and excellent communication skills
-Good knowledge of vertical markets is advantageous
-Knowledge of current competitors, their activities and products
-Fluency in spoken and written English
