- Marketing and finding new customers as well as maintaining existing contacts with current clients.
- Achieve sales target objectives.
- Managing relationships between the companies' domestic representatives.
- Creating strategies to optimize and grow our program through established and new networks.
- Overseeing the company’s marketing budget related to your sales region.
- Setting up seminars with the R&D team in the sales region.
- Organize sales staff schedules.
- Client needs analysis.
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Solution recommendations.
- Sales planning and forecasting.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
- Review customer feedback and respond any complaints by visiting their facilities.

Requirements
- Education: at least a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceuticals or any related field
- Preferred Candidates: DVM'S, Industrial Engineers, Animal Nutritionists
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the related role.
- Ability to travel locally & abroad
- Warehouse stock information.
- Adaptable
- Communication skills and networking ability
- Effective negotiation skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Office package & CRM
- Ability to make and Implement a successful sales strategy
- Good command of English.
