A sales manager is responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting
Lead and coordinate activities involving sales of products. Create synergy among the team through team work motivational plans
Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories
Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Follow up the daily work of the sales team and assist them in their daily job to reach their sales target
Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans
Assess marketing potential of new and existing store locations, considering statistics and expenditures.
Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales and areas for improvement
Requirements
• Male
• Having university degree in MBA
• At least 5 years’ experience in sales affairs specially in FMCG.
• Having good negotiation skills
• Ideal Age Range: 33 – 43.
• Technical skills in strategic planning and sales planning and forecasting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
• Reporting skills.
• commitment to the principles of budget and program fulfillment.
• Problem-solving skill
• Excellent command of MS Office (excel, word and power point)
