• Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of real estate.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales.
• Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
• Determine price schedules and discount rates.
• Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
• Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
• Direct clerical staff to keep records of export correspondence, bid requests, and credit collections, and to maintain current information on tariffs, licenses, and restrictions.
Requirements
• At least Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
• At least 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing in construction.
• To be confident and charismatic self-starter with the commercial flare to proactively develop new business and seek out the potential of untapped business in the Real Estate market.
• Possessing professional selling skills with a good grasp of technical issues.
• Sufficient technical and commercial skills to develop the Lubricants business.
• Organizing effective time management and be able to influence and communicate successfully at all levels.
• Having negotiation skills and active.
• Fluent in English.
