Job Description

- Increase the speed and quality of sales process. - Attracting new customers and Retaining them. - Ability to plan and predict sale as well as organizing sale forces. - A complete understanding of market and doing market research. - Detecting needs of clients and prepare the solution to meet them. - Meet the customers on daily basis if required. - Motivating the staff continuously. - Familiarity with the stage of product production. - Reporting to CEO. - Subordinates: 4 Sales experts and sales accounting. - Length of Probation Period: 3 Months. - Traveling all over the country in case required.

Requirements

- Leadership ability, good negotiation skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Financial Analysis. - Ability and preparation to work under pressure. - Studied in top qualified universities, preferred MBA degree. - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management.
