Job Description

• Plan, organize, lead and control all sales activities • Develop market share • Lead and develop a highly motivated and well performing sales team • Manage daily sales operation • Develop an accurate seasonal sales forecast • Meet quarterly and annual business target • Compile and analyze sales figures • Provide timely feedback to CEO regarding performance • Attend exhibitions and host technical seminars and events • Meet consumer finance and B2B tasks

Requirements

• At least BA degree in Sales & Marketing • Minimum 2-year experience in B2B sales managing • Good knowledge of leasing management is advantageous • Good knowledge of vertical and B2B markets is advantageous • Good command of Home Appliances market is advantageous • Strategic thinking ability and excellent communication skills • Fluency in spoken and written English
