Job Description

The Sales Supervisor at Vatan Zarin works within the sales team to help achieve goals and maximizes profitability through effective supervision of the retail team. The Sales Supervisor takes ownership of the responsibilities assigned by the Sales Managers and serves as a role model for the rest of the Sales Representatives. The main tasks and responsibilities can be listed as below: ● Recognize, investigate and dominate sales in wholesale and distribution channels. ● Ensure implementation of the sales fundamentals: coverage, distribution, and visibility. ● Present and sell company products to current and potential distributors. ● Establish and maintain current and potential distributor relationships. ● Monitor the retailer's performance in his areas. ● Prepare distributor’s orders according to the targets and considering account receivable reports. ● Manage account services through quality checks and another follow-up. ● Identify and resolve customer concerns. ● Regular market visits with distributor’s visitors ● Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, Territory scoreboard (TSB), and any other daily, weekly and monthly reports. ● Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock. ● Provide ongoing coaching to all representatives' visitors and help them to achieve the target. ● Provide constructive suggestions to increase sales. *** Travel more than 60% of the time (equivalent to 14 days will be allocated to the mission) ***
