● Answer telephone calls.
● Make the necessary arrangements regarding the registration of the customer order and related matters.
● Track customer purchases, order registration, pre-invoice/invoice, and payment tracking.
● Submit weekly and monthly reports.
● Working hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm in the international law firm that the main headquarter is based in Portugal.
Requirements
● At least two years of relevant experience.
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management or other related fields.
● Fluent in Microsoft Office.
● Fluent in administrative affairs and correspondence.
