A sales supervisor is responsible for some of our B2B costumers. At first, she should be able to:
- Increase her product knowledge about elevator control panel and motors (our 2 important categories)
- Achieve the monthly sales target
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing,
- products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Prepare requested reports and documents by the supervisor
Requirements
- The ability of Meeting sales goals and make a sustainable growth for each category of products
- The ability of building a long-term relation with customers
- The ability of working under pressure as a team member
- BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
- At least 3 years of sales experience
- Familiarity with Excel
- Age: 22-36
- Gender: only female
- Familiarity with the Elevator and Escalator market is an advantage
