-Regular visits of doctors and hospitals in Tehran and designated cities
-Searching to find potential customers, tenders and marketing our products
-Collecting competitor’s information’s from fieldwork and present to the company
-Monitoring customer preferences to determine focus on sales efforts
-Negotiation with customers to finalize the deal
- Issuing performa Invoice and commercial Invoice
-Tracking orders process to meet the deadlines and preparing order status reports
-Cooperation with logistic and financial team for assuring customer services and targeting sales goals
-Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services
-Keep records of client contact data and updating them
- Providing weekly work schedule for sales manager
-Tracking receipts and receivables
-Analyzing market trend
-Supporting marketing by trade exhibitions, conferences and other events
Requirements
-Minimum 2 years of experience in sales in the field of medical equipment
-Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
-Acceptable English language skill
-Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Software
-Hardworking, multi-tasking capability, team working, energetic, self-motivated, creative, problem solving, positive and active attitude
-Willing to take responsibility
-At least a Bachelor’s degree
-No obligation to travel
-University qualifications: preferably related to medical
