The purpose of this role is to deal with inquiries from corporate clients, helps solve their problems and advise them on how's the best to use the company products and services.
Documents and keeps a database in CRM
Identifies new prospects through cold calling and lead generation
Consults with clients to find their requirements
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
Suggests appropriate packages based on clients needs
-Prospects/client needs analysis
Proficients in Telemarketing and warm sales
Ability to work under pressure
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office software
